During the next 20 years, the congregation grew to 43 members and Sunday School was organized. After several building additions, groundbreaking ceremonies were held in April 1958 for a new church building a half block away on a 4-acre site. A new Christian Education wing was constructed in 1963 to provide much needed space for the growing fellowship and education programs. In 1986, just short of North\u2019s 100-year celebration, a new Fellowship Hall, Fireside Room and kitchen were constructed and dedicated to the theme \u201cBearing Fruit for a Century\u201d.
